Scope of cooperation
| Area | Typical problem | What I implement | Result for the team |
|---|---|---|---|
| BIM in a small team | Every project has a different folder structure, different file names and different templates. | Folder structure, naming standard, Revit and CAD templates, rules in line with ISO 19650. | A new team member knows where everything is from day one. |
| Work automation | The same schedules, descriptions and corrections made by hand in every project. | Dynamo and pyRevit scripts, AutoLISP routines for AutoCAD, calculation spreadsheets, order in tasks. | A script handles the repetitive steps, the engineer handles the design. |
| AI at work | Company knowledge scattered across emails, PDFs and people's heads. | AI assistants (GPT, Gemini, Claude) and local models for documentation and information retrieval. | The team finds answers in standards and earlier projects faster. |
How I work
Six steps, from the first conversation to a review after implementation. You can end the cooperation at any stage.
- Step 1
Conversation
A 30-minute online call about what slows your team down today.
- Step 2
Audit
A review of files, templates and the way projects are run.
- Step 3
Proposal
A plan of changes with the order and scope of work.
- Step 4
Implementation
Standards, scripts and tools set up in your team.
- Step 5
Training
The team learns the new way of working on its own projects.
- Step 6
Review
After a few weeks we check what works and what to improve.
Frequently asked questions
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope. An audit usually takes a few days, and organising templates and standards takes a few weeks. The exact schedule is in the proposal after the audit.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, most of the work is done online. Team training can be remote or on site, by arrangement.
Which software do you work with?
Revit, Dynamo, pyRevit, AutoCAD and add-ons (also ZWCAD, GstarCAD), Excel, and AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and local models.
How much does it cost?
I prepare a quote after the first conversation, once I know the size of the team and the scope.
Will you train the team?
Yes, training is part of every implementation. The team works on its own projects, not on examples from the internet.
Who is behind this
I have been designing MEP systems and working in BIM since 2020. Day to day I digitalise construction processes and automate work with my own tools, which I test on real projects.
What I teach on the blog and in the Revit MEP course, I first test in my own projects.
“A very substantive course. Lots of knowledge and help with dealing with errors as they appear. I recommend it to anyone starting their journey with Revit!”
“A very well prepared course, delivered in a clear, detailed and orderly way. Topics that seemed impossible to understand at first become intuitive and easy to master.”
“An interesting course, a good introduction to MEP modelling.”
Describe in an email what slows your team down today
